Whether you need someone on your screen right now or you're a managed client accessing your remote desktop — you're in the right place. Pick your support type below to get started.
If one of our team has asked you to share your screen, just follow these three steps and you'll be connected in under a minute. No account needed.
Grab the free Splashtop SOS tool for your computer — it's a small download and doesn't need to be installed permanently.
Run the program — you'll find it in your Downloads folder. No installation required, it opens straight away. If Windows asks for permission, just click Run.
You'll see a 9-digit number appear on screen. Read that out to your Ronin I.T. technician and they'll be connected within seconds.
For managed clients who need to connect to their work PC from home — or anywhere. Follow the steps below to get in.
Open your browser and go to roninit.superops.ai. This is your managed support portal — it's where everything lives.
Click on Requester Login and enter the credentials you've been provided by your Ronin I.T. team. Not sure what they are? Give us a call.
Once you're logged in, look at the menu on the left-hand side. Assets is the third item in the list — click it and you'll see a list of your computers load up.
Find your PC in the list, then click the spanner and wrench icon. From the menu that appears, click Splashtop WFH. Only click it once — it takes a few seconds to fire up, so just sit tight.
That's it — you should now be connected to your work desktop remotely. If anything doesn't go to plan, just call us on 09 216 6920 and we'll sort it out.
Before you can use managed remote access, Splashtop Streamer needs to be installed on your work PC — the one you want to connect to. This only needs to be done once.
Follow the on-screen instructions after downloading. Once installed, your IT admin will be able to link the device to your account — you don't need to do anything else.
